He is survived by: his sons, Ottis Mitchell (Antha) and Bobby E. Mitchell; his grandchildren, Jake Mitchell, Sarah Manning, Kaitlin Sullivan and Dillon Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Koen, Indie, Elliana, Emma and Emri.
