He is survived by: his wife Ginette Zabel Fowler; his children, Beverly Leftwich (Allen) and Duane Fowler (Marie); his stepdaughters, Amber Wolfkill and Brandi Harbin (Jim); and his brother Hal Butts Fowler (Judy). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
