He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wynnette West Locke; his daughters, Wynn Hemeter (David) and Bridgett Rawls; his grandchildren, Barkley Bourne (Jay), Sydney Lucia (Briggs), Bhreanne Rawls, Beau Rawls and Laurin Mizell (Carmin); his great grandchildren, Carson Mizell and Lily Mizell; and his nieces and nephews, Rev. Robert Lawrence (Wanda), Larry Locke (Rachel), Dianne Johnson (Paul) and Debbie Russell.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Salem Landmark Missionary Baptist Church (26006 Hwy 43 S, Picayune, MS 39466). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bullock Cemetery.
