It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Fay Robbins of Picayune, Mississippi, who passed away on April 20, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Andrew Watkins, Sr. and Lela Mae Stewart Watkins; her husband Winston Ford Robbins; and her siblings, Preston Watkins, Lionel Watkins, Melrose Strain and Laurie Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Suzan Frueh (John) and Michael Robbins (Shannon); her grandchildren, Drew (Breanna), Kort, Hanna, Elizabeth and Alex; her great grandchild Violet; and her siblings, Juanita Logue, Dixie Sansing, Kenneth Watkins (Susan) and Andy Watkins (Luann). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
