She is survived by: her husband Edward; her children, Edward Staples, II, Elizabeth Mitchell (Jake), Kim Staples and Delilah Staples; her granddaughters, Alivia, Jacie, Sabrina and Rebekah; her great grandchildren, G. J., Jamari, Samir, Silas, Luke and Harlowe; and her sisters, Tot Nguyen, Tuyet Nguyen (Suan), Yen Nguyen (Dung) and Huy Nguyen. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
