She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearlie Edward Henley and Zona Mitchell Henley; and her husband Donald Sommer. She is survived by: her sister Deborah (Charles Smith); her nephew Boyd (Meghan Smith); and her great-nephews, Tyler, Peyton and Karson.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery (2618 Hwy 43 S, Picayune, MS 39466).
