She is survived by: her husband Paul LaDell Jefcoat; her children, Mitzie Boudreaux, Paul "Stanley" Jefcoat and Shari Jefcoat; her grandchildren, Christopher Boudreaux, Jonathan Boudreaux, Courtney Schroeder, Paul "Jacob" Jefcoat, Makayla Jefcoat and Matthew Jefcoat; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Leland, Layton, Larkin Boudreaux and Henrik Schroeder; and her siblings, David Sims, Michael Sims and Joyce Sturdivant.
