She was predeceased by: her father Len Samuel Sr.; and her aunt Elizabeth Hoffman. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Bianchi; her daughter Fallon Ernhart (Kyle); her grandchildren, Emma and Easton Ernhart; and her brothers, Leonard C. Samuel Jr. (Melissa) and Richard Scott Samuel (Erin). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.
