She is survived by: her parents, David Neff and Julie Benfatti Neff; her babies, Brylee Dillard and Zayden Neff; her siblings, Amanda Neff, Sarah Neff, Johnathan Neff, Alyssa Mancuso and Matthew Neff; her grandparents, James Neff and Kathy Conneen; and her nieces and nephews, Addyson, Braylin, Blakely, Konnor and Hayden. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
