She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey B. Stuart and Katherine Davis Stuart; her husband Lourie Negbert Formby, Jr.; her granddaughter Ella Marie Formby; and her siblings, Phyllis Stuart Bell and Harvey Stanley Stuart.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Formby (Rita), Anne Hutton (Bill), Amy Formby MacDougall (Brian Wiggins) and Lourie Formby, III (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Rebekah, Eli Formby, Kiv Hutton, Jackson Hutton, Sam Hutton, Abigail MacDougall Bensafia (Rayanne), Mimi MacDougall Yeatts (Keaton), Emma MacDougall and Pierce Formby; and her great grandchildren, Beatrice and Archie Yeatts. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home (401 W Canal St, Picayune, MS 39466). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Palestine Baptist Church (2336 Palestine Rd, Picayune, MS 39466). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the New Palestine Cemetery (2336 Palestine Rd, Picayune, MS 39466).
