We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2020, at the age of 84, Paul Curtis Cook Sr. of Picayune, Mississippi, born in West, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Cook and Bertha Ellard Cook; his wife Shirley Ann Ozier Cook; his son Paul Curtis Cook, Jr.; his granddaughter Sarah Cowart; and his nephew Larry Rollins.

He is survived by: his children, Anne Crawford (Miller) and Jay Cook (Cyndi); his daughter-in-law Lisa Cook; his grandchildren, Lauren Welch (Joshua), Paul Curtis Cook, III (Erica), Joshua Cook (Kelli), Jimmy Jacobs (Kyla), Brett Milner (Katy) and Cordale Helton; his sister Christine Rollins White; and his niece Linda Targee (Phil).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 25 N. Michigan Avenue, Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601, or alz.org.
