He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Riley; his parents, Robert "Saxon" Riley and Orether Hunt Riley; and his sisters, Elouise Bond (Dan), Peggy Smith, Bernice and Ethel Marie.
He is survived by: his children, Robert "Bobby" Riley III (Spanky), Jeff Rice (Stephanie), Scott Welch (Jay) and Mary Jane Cuevas (Kevin); and his sisters, Louise Nelson (Michael) and Martha Sheffield. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.
