He is survived by : his wife Brenda Gail Smith Church; his daughters, Stacy Church Morrell (Billy) and DeAnne Church Beach (Kevin); his grandsons, Nicholas, Jackson Farrell and Bradley Morrell; his siblings, Joseph A. Church, Jr. (Derinda) and Millie Church Monti; and his pets, Finn and Marlow.
