He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Gray Macdonald, Jr. and Juanita Provost Macdonald. He is survived by: his son Shane Macdonald (Erin); his brother Fred Gray Macdonald, III (Gayle); his siblings' children, Chad and Freddie; his brother Kenneth James Macdonald; his siblings' children, Erin and Emma; his brother Kevin Weston Macdonald (Beth); his siblings' children, Christian and Weston; his brother Jeffry Lee Macdonald (Mechelle); and his siblings' children, Lauren and Caroline. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews.
