He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom D. Frame, Sr. and Carol Martha Frught; and his granddaughter Kailey Frame. He is survived by: his children, Tom Frame (Arianna), Connie Frame (Edward), Derek Parker (Carolann) and Deryl Frame; his grandchildren, Lexi Juan (Michael), Layla Frame, Emmalyn, Drake Frame, Whitney, Carter Whittington, Haley and Madison Parker; his great grandchild Bentley Juan; and his brothers, Clifford Frame, Michael Frame (Cheryl) and Darren Frame (Jessica).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McDonald Funeral Home (401 W Canal St, Picayune, MS 39466). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McDonald Funeral Home Chapel (401 W Canal St, Picayune, MS 39466). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery (2618 Hwy 43 S, Picayune, MS 39466).
