He was predeceased by: his daughter Paula Diane Westmoreland; and his parents, Plumber William Clark and Carrie Elizabeth Peacock Clark. He is survived by: his wife Frankie Nell May Clark of Pinola, MS; and his children, Michael Roger Clark of Pinola, MS, Belinda Nell Haynes (Ronald) of Shirley, AR and Kimberley Denise Cole (Greg) of Pinola, MS. He is also survived by 4 grandsons; 1 great granddaughter; and a host of family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Springhill Cemetery.
