He is survived by: his wife Lynn McKibben Thacker; his sons, Richard Dustin Thacker of Pittsboro, Ryan Keith Thacker of Pittsboro and Drew Thacker (Jennifer); his sisters, Elizabeth Whitten (Frank), Big Creek and Jane Wood (Tom); his granddaughter Lucy Page Thacker; and his stepgrandchildren, Cameron Bradberry, Will Bradberry and Cobie Bradberry.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM at the Parker Memorial Funeral Home (476 MS-9, Bruce, MS 38915). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel (476 MS-9, Bruce, MS 38915).
