He is survived by: his wife Lillian Kelly; his children, Hope, Rick Freeze, Paula (John Horsager), Steve, Shawn and Tabitha (Johnathan Ellzey); his sibling Guilene Berryman (JB Berryman); and his grandchildren, Meakia, Amanda, Fallon, Heather, Hunter, Zachary, Shane, Kyle, Noah, Brooke, Haven, Jacob and Taylor.
