He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Poe and Oguerita Poe; and his wife Doris Jackson Poe. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Allen Poe Jr. and Sherry Lyn Shettles; his granddaughters, Andrea Munn and Kat Shettles; and his brothers, Larry Poe (Sherrie) and Mike Poe.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Baldwin Memorial Funeral Home (96 S Main St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
