It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ransom of Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on November 30, 2025, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Jonell Williams; his brother Kenny Ransom; and his grandparents, James Edwards and Teresa Monts. He is survived by: his father Eugene Ransom; his siblings, Crystal Ransom, Christy Ransom and Joseph Ransom; and his great-nephew Kamryn Mullins. He is also survived by six aunts; five uncles; three nephews; one niece.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Palmetto Baptist Church (982 Rd 261, Tupelo, MS 38801). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the same location.
