He is survived by : his children, Ronnie Davis (Dana), Dwight Simmons (Carolyn), Allen Simmons, Andy Simmons and Linda Daugherty; and his brothers, Tommy and Dudley Shoemake. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; and 4 great great-grandchildren.
