She was predeceased by: her parents, Nunny Golden and Alma Dale Golden; her husband Willie Hamilton; her grandparents, Walter, Hager Golden, Sam and Sarah Davis; and her siblings, Dorothy Gregory, Nunny Golden (Bill), Marvin Golden and John Albert Golden.
She is survived by: her children, Draper and Tiffany Lyons; her grandchildren, Chinna Hill and Taylor Lyons (Morgan); her siblings, Elder Bobbie Nell Evans of Beloit, Dexter Golden (Ether) of Pontotoc, Walter Golden (Martha) of Pontotoc, Excell Golden (Mary) of Pontotoc, Barry Golden of Pontotoc and Glen Golden (Regina) of Pontotoc; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Golden of Beloit and John Gregory (Tomm). She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Payton Mortuary (262 E Oxford St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Usher Valley United Methodist Church (754 Moorman Rd, Pontotoc, MS 38863).
