It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Payne of Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Payne and Guinn Payne; and her siblings, H. C. Payne and Gina Higgins. She is survived by: her children, Robert Fike, Denise Burton and Vickie Bryant; and her brother David Higgins. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
