With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debbie Sisco Owens of Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on September 11, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sally Sisco and Bill Sisco; her daughters, Jacklyn Renae "Nana" Owens and Brandi Colburn; and her brother Randy Sisco.
She is survived by: her children, Andy Owens (Jennifer) and Faye Owens; her siblings, Billy Sisco (Liliana), Chris Sisco (Molly), Ann Whitehead (Terry) and Vicky Todd (Michael); her sister-in-law Peggy Sisco; her grandchildren, Gabi Brown, Alyssia Brown, Heidi Bland, Devin Owens, Natalie Owens, Terri Owens, Gage Linley and Austin Timmons; and her great grandchild Waylon Enis. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, cousins.
