She was predeceased by: her husband James R. McCord; and her parents, Rev Johnny McMillen and Buleah Swords McMillen. She is survived by: her children, James R. McCord II, Jill McCord Jones and Cindi Tutor; her grandchildren, Kenny McCord (Adah), Dottie Wendler (Michael), Tiffany Patterson (Josh), Jed McCord (Madison), Misty Atkins, JD Mills, Tara James (Caleb), Cord Tutor, Donna Smith Trey Willard (Kevin) and Aubrey Willard'Cherish'; and her brothers, Kenneth, Jack and Gerald McMillen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Selah Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Selah Baptist Church or to the Ingomar Attendance Center Athletic Program to celebrate her championship spirit.
