He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hearn Bailey; his daughter Renee Bailey McCay (Richard); his daughter-in-law Tracey Roberts; his sister Norma Jean Swords; and his grandchildren, Scott McCay, Tyler McCay (Alix), Quay Roberts and Quinton Roberts.
