He was predeceased by: his parents, C. G. "Red" McMillen and Marion Hardy McMillen; his wife Anne Russell McMillen; his daughter Leigh McMillen Hickam; his son-in-law Edward Hickam; his grandchildren, Amber Hickam and Jason Hickam; and his siblings, Linda Winters and Charles Wayne McMillen.
He is survived by: his great grandchild Lennox Vanlandingham; his brother Bobby McMillen (Lanelle) of Columbus; and his caregivers, Rodney, Brenda McMillen, J. R. Kirkpatrick and Judy Fooshee.
