She was predeceased by: her husband James; her father Ernest Newman; and her children, Elizabeth Turnage, Ernest Clark, Wayne, Bobby Boggs and Lisa Clark.

She is survived by: her sisters, Glenda Brunetti of Ripley and Mary Hardin of Pontotoc. She is also survived by her six grandchildren; her six great-grandchildren.
