It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Knickerbocker of Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Knickerbocker and Donelda Lindley Knickerbocker; his siblings, Jack Knickerbocker and Gloria Stevens; and his uncles, Pug and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Rhea Knickerbocker; his children, Donald Garnsay, Joe Garnsay, David Garnsay and Betty Garnsay Jones; and his nieces, Amanda, Kari and Dee Dee. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church-Pontotoc (31 W Washington St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
