He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Bazil Hale and Ora Lucille Montgomery Hale; and his brother Eudean Hale. He is survived by: his daughter Pontotoc; his wife Shirley Jo Parrish; his daughters, Harriet Neal of Oxford and Jennifer Zemaitis (Greg) of Wildwood, MO.; his grandchildren, Darby Garner (Luke), Haley Neal, Joelle and Nicolas Zemaitis; his great grandchildren, Matt, Aaron, Rachel and Rider; his siblings, Zane Hale (Glenda) of Hurricane and Jackie Hale (Jo) of New Albany; and his sister-in-law Bobbie Hale of Hurricane.
