She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas E. Ledbetter, Sr.; her daughter Kathy Jo Ledbetter; her grandson Brad Hawkins; her mother Ola Slater; her siblings, Gladys Maze and Charles Slater; and her children-in-law, Roger Hawkins Sr. and Judy Ledbetter.
She is survived by: her children, Doris Hawkins, Jeanie Conlee (Chris), Thomas Ledbetter Jr., Ricky Ledbetter and Randy Ledbetter (Rene); and her grandchildren, Roger Hawkins Jr. (Leigh), James Hawkins (Desiree), Jason Hawkins, Chris Ledbetter, Cory Ledbetter, Eddie Ledbetter (Charlotte), Amanda Reynolds (Reed), Michael Ledbetter (Cassie), Kerri Ledbetter, Steven Conlee (Brooke) and London Warner (Cory). She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
