She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Russell and Lena Willard Russell; her husband James W. Quillian; her brothers, Clay Russell, Junior Ray Russell, Eberl Russell, Clovis Russell and James Norris Russell; her son-in-law Bobby Joe Todd; and her great grandchild Russell Bailey McWhirter.
She is survived by: her children, Oweda Kay Todd, Berlon Quillian (Mary Ann), Thomas Quillian and Lynn Taylor. She is also survived by 19 foster children, 9 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of Flowers and Food: The family kindly asks that in lieu of flowers and food, donations be made in Quinn's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, or to Pleasant Dale Baptist Church.
