He is survived by: his wife Lexy Annette Smart of Ingomar; his sons, Jeff Huffstatler, Malcolm Smart, Jr. and Frankie Sullivan; his daughters-in-law, Barbara Huffstatler, Carole Smart and Missy Sullivan; his granddaughters, Madison Holcombe (Ben Holcombe), Courtney and Casey Huffstatler; and his great grandchildren, Briggs Holcombe, Elena, Evan and Ellawyn Emerick.
