He is survived by: his children, Kyle Steven Broadway (Brennan), Conner Lee Broadway (Cammy), Joseph Kyle Cieskiewicz, Keagin Elaine Waugh (Jeremiah) and Amanda Noelle Kovarik (Dan); his sister Brenda Foster; his brother-in-law Doug Stowers; and his grandchildren, Liam Knox Kovarik, Elijah Jude Kovarik, Ledger Thomas Waugh and Malonne Elaine Waugh.
