He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Winter and Evangeline Conlee Winter; and his brother Ronald Wayne Winter. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Wren Winter; his brother Don Winter (Mary Jane); his siblings-in-law, Sherrie Winter, Charles Wren (Ricki) and Robert Wren; his nieces, Jennifer Wardlaw (Brad), Heather Corbitt (Jay), Anna Slagle (Richie), Mollie Wright (Joshua), Kate Winter, April Steele and Micah Williams (Matt); and also, Ron Winter (Emily), Chris Winter (Rebekah) and Dustin Wren (Stephanie).
