She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Elizabeth Shane and B. Bevier Schoonmaker; and her siblings, Tracy, Richard Shane, Robert Shane, James Orlando, Jay Paul, Lowell Thomas, Anne Elizabeth, Lois Arlene and Carole Belle.
She is survived by: her husband Lake Wadelo Waldrop. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Browning Funeral Home (141 W Oxford St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (124 S Main St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Pontotoc City Cemetery.
