With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raybelle James of Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on September 14, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bart Bugg and Eunice Phillips Bugg; her husband Charles James; and her son Larry James. She is survived by: her children, Jerry James and Judy Phillips (Ron) of Cookeville, TN; her grandchildren, Jennifer Davidson (Matt), Dana Chandler (Ben) and Kerry Phillips (Bridget); and her great grandchildren, Elayna, Elysia, Alexis, Sophia, Chloe, Luke, Isaac and Caleb. She is also survived by 2 sisters, and 2 sisters-in-law.
