He is survived by: his children, Shonta Edwards (James), Dana Chewe and Rashad Chewe (Kim); the mother of his children Gwendolyn Chewe; his grandchildren, Torey Chewe, Roilyn Edwards, Alayna Pinson, Mya Pinson, Ivy Rose Chewe, Xayia Kamille Chewe and Rheilyn Kamia Chewe; his great grandchildren, Raiyn Isabella Chewe, Noah Vance, Nova Vance and A'bruhm Morphis; his sisters, Sylvia Gregory (James) of Pontotoc, MS and Ruby Brown of Chicago, IL; and his sister-in-law Auther Mae Chewe of Pontotoc, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
