We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2023, at the age of 88, Ruby Faye Owen Heard of Pontotoc, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Waymon "Red" Heard; her great grandchild Kohen Heard; her parents, Lonnie Owen and Annie Bost Owen; and her siblings, Imogene Corder, Maxine Baldwin, E. J. Owen and Norris Owen.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Heard (June) and Roger Heard (Melissa); her grandchildren, Jeff Heard, Jennifer Tutor (Jeffrey), Carmen Heard and Miciah Heard (Breanna); her great grandchildren, Kaleb, Carter, Caeden Heard, Layeson, Aidryn Tutor and Rubrey Tutor; her sister Lavern Mills; and her sisters-in-law, Margie Heard and Rhea Fern Heard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
