He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Stegall and Agnes Stegall; his siblings, Jerry Porter Stegall (Pauline), Billy Joe Stegall, Mary Elizabeth Moore (Marvin), Polly Ann McMillen (Charles Wayne) and Patsy Ann Terry; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Beasley (Joe), James Poe, Gary Poe and Billy Tutor.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruby Stegall; his daughters, Sherry Parker and Lisa McGregor; his grandchildren, Michael Parker (Leslie), Caleb McGregor and Haley Noah (Matthew); his great grandchild Matthew Parker; and his siblings-in-law, Freddie Stegall, Carolyn Tutor, Martha Andresen (Andy), Linda Poe and Henry Terry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Baldwin Memorial Funeral Home (96 S Main St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
