He was predeceased by : his father Dan Barnes; and his sister Vickie Barnes. He is survived by : his mother Jerrie Phillips; his stepfather Jimmy Phillips; his sons, Dan Barnes (Emily) and Jonathan Barnes; his siblings, George Barnes, Tommy Phillips (Terri) and Michelle Holley (Scottie); and his granddaughter Harley Barnes.
