She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivy Hilton Rackley and Cordelia Wages Rackley; her son Phillip Jaggers; and her siblings, Pete Rackley (Dot), Ferrell Rackley (Linda) and Patsy Russell (Surgan).

She is survived by: her son Jerome Jaggers; her grandchildren, Gil Jaggers (Samantha) and Jordan Jaggers (Marianne); her great grandchildren, Ellis Jaggers, Wallis Jaggers, Millie Jaggers, George Jaggers, Hank Jaggers and Virginia Jaggers; and her siblings, Shirley Ware (Burton), Glenson Rackley (Carolyn) and Kenneth Rackley (Patsy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
