He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann Rhea; his parents, Roy Rhea and Ethel Houchins Rhea; his son Scott Rhea; his grandson Randy Parker; and his sisters, June Johnson and Shirley Robbins.
He is survived by: his children, Lorrie Dillard, Wayne Rhea, David Rhea and Dana Rhea (Alasha); and his siblings, Don Rhea, Jerry Rhea (Linda), Bonnie Davis and Janet Wilbanks (Bobby). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Tutor Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
