He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lansing Kersh and Rebecca Mae Kersh; his brother Jimmy Dale Kersh; and his pet Brownie. He is survived by: his wife Rose Benjamin Kersh; his siblings, William Doug Kersh (Linda) and Susan Kersh Scates (John); his daughters, Cynthia Pinkston McGee (Bobby), Deborah Pinkston Britt (Michael), Teresa Pinkston Cowen (Brandon), Vicki Kersh Hill and Rebecca Kersh Krueger (Adam); his former wife Carolyn Kersh Branch; and his pet Princess. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
