She was predeceased by: her father Kernis Sherrod Walker; and her stepparents, Michael Stephen Homsack and Suzette Walker. She is survived by: her mother Marilyn Patricia Homsack of Petal, MS; her children, Eric Michael Russell of Purvis, MS, Summer Jaid Rodgers of Moberly, MO and Mikailah Shey Kindle of Poplarville, MS.; and her grandchildren, A. J. Rodgers, Arlyss Kindle, Peyton and Madison Russell. She is also survived by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
In lieu of flowers Misty requested that anyone who can, reach out and help the homeless.
