She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Rodgers and Pearl Stoddard Rodgers; her husband Aubrey "Sambo" Paris; and her siblings, Roy Rodgers, Jr., Eva and Neva Rodgers.

She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Weathersby (Bobby) of Poplarville; her sisters, Joyce Crimm of Mathiston, Clara Hill of Bellefontaine and LaDell Johnson Weaver of Eupora; and her sister-in-law Lillian Rodgers of Spring Hill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Poplar Creek Nations Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 488 Hwy 413, Kilmichael, MS 39747.
