He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Gibson and Alice Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Tina Gibson; and his children, Marc Gibson (Rachel), Crystal Gibson, Derrick Gibson, Tabitha Boles (Wayne), Faith Shepardson (Josh), Sierra Amacker (Greggory), Dustin Shaffer (Brandy) and Aaron Gibson (Ivy Millett). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the North Spoon Baptist Church (56 Mitchell Baughman Rd, Poplarville, MS 39470). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at the same location.
