He was predeceased by: his parents, W. T. Moncrief and Bonnie Cathey Miller; and his brother Warren Moncrief. He is survived by: his wife Ann Moncrief of Potts Camp; and his children, Megan Ottinger of Columbia City, IN and Micah Moncrief of Pierceton, IN. He is also survived by five grandchildren and his canine companion.
