He is survived by: his wife Rebekah Shivers; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Martin (Steven), Rachel Johnston (Caleb) and Krystal Clanton (Tyler); and his brothers, Jerry Shivers (Ann) and Joe Carol Shivers (Gayle). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
