He is survived by: his wife Truly Mullins; his children, Cheyenne Mullins of New Hebron, Charles B. Mullins, Jr. (Jasee) of New Hebron and Silver Creek; his sister Gladys Hodges (Ray) of New Hebron; and his grandchildren, Rhyen Cobb, Layne Cochran, Lilly Rose Cochran, Everleigh Rae Bennett, Jameson Mullins, Braleigh Cole Mullins and Maizie Leigh Mullins. He is also survived by his family, friends, coworkers.
